The McCoy Federal Credit Union Bank of Orlando, FL has recently been used in an email phishing scam. Thousands of people have received scam emails telling them to log into their McCoy Federal Credit Union account, but send them to a fraudulent site where their details are collected.

The scam email message reads like this:

“You have 1 new ALERT message
Please login to your McCoy Federal Credit Union Online Login
and visit the Message Center section in order to read the message.

To Login, please click the link below:

Do not respond to this message. To check your McCoy Federal Credit Union account, use your bookmark or Google to find the real site. Never hand over any of you secure details to a site that you have clicked on to from an email. Always use your pre-existing bookmark or use a reputable search engine to find the true site.
